Hello!
I am Isabelle Musk, daughter, sister, student, dancer, Miss Michigan's Teen, and the founder of The Leap. With The Leap, my mission to individuals across the country is to provide opportunities through scholarship, mentorship, and an easily obtainable and accessible program to experience the empowering benefits movement has to offer. As a dancer myself for 14 years, I have experienced an unmeasurable number of opportunities and been provided with an environment I can also call home that has shaped me into the young woman I am today. Working with children since 2019, I have had the joy in witnessing young individuals come to life as they discover their true identity. Through The Leap, it is my hope I have the honor of changing lives and being a positive role model for children and adults everywhere.
My Story
Originally from Twin Lake, Michigan, I now reside in Boston, Massachusetts where I am obtaining my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance, specializing in Dance Pedagody, with a Minor in Creative Entrepenuership. I earned my high school diploma from Whitehall High School in May of 2024 and am now an alumni of Relevé Dance Studio as well where I grew up dancing since 2010 and have been a private/assistant instructor and choreographer since 2019. As a dancer for 14 years, a Relevé Performance Senior Team member for 5 years, and now a first year at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, I am technically trained in ballet, en pointe, jazz/jazz funk, contemporary, modern, tap, hip hop, heels, and acro. While I plan to pursue a career as a dance professional at Radio City Music Hall as a New York City Rockette, I also aspire to perform on Broadway, tour with music artists, and eventually teach at my very own studio following my years as a professional in the dance industry - performing, teaching, and choreographing -- to give back to the dance community and our youth everywhere. In combining two passions of mine, dance and working with children, I developed and implemented a dance program throughout Whitehall District Schools, partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs (Michigan & Boston), Relevé Dance Studio, the Huntington's Disease Society of America, and launched, The Leap, my official non-profit organization. As Miss Michigan's Teen 2024, I am building bridges between programs, organizations, and businesses across the country with the benefits of movement. In my promise to our youth and individuals everywhere, it is my mission to provide life-changing experiences and offer mentorship as we shift our focus to prioritizing healthy hearts and healthy minds with a physical lifstyle.
